Ms. Arshakyan’s primary area of practice is workers compensation and personal injury.
Ms. Arshakyan began her legal education early. She was accepted to the University of San Diego School of Law at the age of 19, becoming one of the youngest students to be admitted to USD’s school of law. While balancing a full course load, Ms. Arshakyan invested her free time clerking at the employee rights center assisting employees before the National Labor Relations Board, Labor Commissioner, and California Unemployment Appeals Board. She continued to develop her legal skills working at a Plaintiffs’ litigation firm representing clients in personal injury cases.
Ms. Arshakyan is devoted to representing her clients’ interests and bringing them the best results possible. She provides a level of personal attention to their cases that many law firms simply fail to provide. Ms. Arshakyan personally reviews and works on each of her clients’ cases.
