Education and Early Career

Mr. Hariri earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 2002. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2007, where he served as an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. During his time in law school, he externed for the Honorable Judge Ellen Carroll at the Central District of California Federal Bankruptcy Court and volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic at the Chula Vista Courthouse, assisting victims of harassment and domestic violence.

Legal Practice

Mr. Hariri began his legal career at prominent national litigation defense firms, where he represented clients in complex civil litigation matters, including toxic torts, product liability, landlord/tenant disputes, environmental contamination issues, professional liability, premises liability, business litigation, and personal injury claims. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, enabling him to advocate effectively for his clients’ interests.

As the principal attorney at Hariri Law Group, Mr. Hariri focuses on personal injury, employment law, and class action/mass torts. His firm is dedicated to fighting for the rights of negligence victims, ensuring they receive the justice and fair compensation they deserve. The firm handles cases involving auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, uber accidents, lyft accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death claims, defective products, medical malpractice, lemon law, premises liability, dog attacks/bites, catastrophic injuries, and more. Hariri Law Group

Community Involvement and Recognition

Mr. Hariri is actively involved in the legal community, serving as the President of the Iranian American Bar Association, San Diego County Chapter. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Consumer Attorneys of California. He is also a mentor to students at the Crawford Academy High School.  His dedication to the legal profession has been recognized through multiple honors, including being selected as a Super Lawyer from 2023 to 2025 and being nominated as a Top Attorney in the San Diego Business Journal in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016. SuperLawyers.com
