How to Request a Traffic Collision or Incident Report from the San Diego Harbor Police

Make sure the traffic collision occurred within the jurisdiction of the San Diego Harbor Police Department. If the incident happened on a public road or highway, it might fall under the jurisdiction of the California Highway Patrol or the local police department.

Obtain case details: Gather as much information as possible about the traffic collision, such as the date, time, location, and parties involved. Having these details will help the Harbor Police Department locate the report efficiently.
