Ramin Hariri
Principal and Founder
Mr. Hariri graduated from the University of California, San Diego before attending Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. There, he was an Editor of the prestigious Entertainment Law Review. In 2007, Mr. Hariri began his legal career working on behalf of several prominent national litigation defense firms.
Andrew Morris
After attending undergrad at the University of California Davis, Mr. Morris received his JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, Mr. Morris participated in a bankruptcy clinic sponsored by Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.
Tina Arshakyan
Ms. Arshakyan’s primary area of practice is workers compensation and personal injury. She began her legal education early being accepted to the University of San Diego School of Law at the age of 19, becoming one of the youngest students to be admitted to USD’s school of law.
