The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/restoring-america\/equality-not-elitism\/texas-a-m-discriminated-white-asian-job-applicants\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i>Washington Examiner<\/i> article<\/a>\u00a0reports on a lawsuit filed against the large university, Texas A&amp;M.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The lawsuit alleges that, Richard Lowery, a professor at the University of Texas at Austin was able and ready to apply for a job at Texas A&amp;M but was unable to fairly compete for open positions due to a racial hiring system. The lawsuit further claimed that Texas A&amp;M\u2019s hiring system specifically discriminated against Lowery and other white and Asian men.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Texas A&amp;M allegedly gives discriminatory preferences to female or non-Asian minorities at the expense of white and Asian men in its hiring practices.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-574b35a4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"574b35a4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Reality of Job Application Discrimination<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98e1e14 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"98e1e14\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sad reality of today\u2019s society is that job application discrimination happens all the time, often without being detected.
